Residence Sanremo welcomes you with the warm hospitality of a hotel: a reception always ready to provide you with all the information you may need, along with a range of services to complement your stay.
Upon arrival, you will receive a smart card that allows you to access the residence and your apartment freely at any time. The same card is also used to activate the lighting and the safe.
A sweet welcome gift will be waiting for you to celebrate the start of your stay at Residence Sanremo.

Guests are kindly asked to maintain respectful behavior and keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours, from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Reception and concierge service is available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with night-time on-call assistance. You may contact the reception to arrange guided excursions, subject to availability and an extra fee.

Well-behaved and friendly pets are welcome, upon prior notice at the time of booking and with an extra charge applied for the first 5 nights. All furry friends must wear a muzzle in shared areas.
We collaborate with the nearby “Melody Bar” for your breakfast in Sanremo, located on Corso Matteotti, just about 30 meters from the residence.
We deeply care about the well-being of all our guests. That’s why we partner with the restaurant “I Birichini”, where you can enjoy lunch and dinner in the lively Piazza Bresca, with gluten-free options available.
The apartment cleaning service (excluding the kitchen area) is included in the rate and is carried out every 3 days, along with the change of towels and bed linen. Any additional cleaning requires an extra charge and should be requested at reception upon arrival.
Kitchen cleaning is an extra service that always requires an additional fee. A cleaning kit for the kitchen is also provided in each apartment, allowing guests to clean independently.
We offer an external partnered laundry service for washing and ironing your clothes. For smaller items, an in-house washer-dryer service is available upon request and for an additional fee. A laundry bag will be provided in your room.
