Location

Residence Sanremo is located at Via Escoffier 18, just a 2-minute walk from Corso Matteotti, the main street running through the city.
Among characteristic caruggi and narrow streets, you will find shops, historic boutiques, restaurants and local grocery stores that reflect the history and identity of Sanremo.

The property is located within the pedestrian area of the historic city center and is therefore not accessible by car.
The Residence does not have private parking.

Parking

However, several parking options are available within walking distance of the property:

• Paid parking facilities, both covered and uncovered, easily reachable on foot (e.g. Piazza Colombo area, Palafiori, Casino area, Via Pietro Agosti).

• Public free parking areas, available in certain nearby zones and/or during specific hours, according to local regulations.

Guests arriving by car are advised to park in designated parking areas and continue on foot, due to the central pedestrian location of the Residence.
