The building that now houses Residence Sanremo was constructed in 1920, featuring an elegant and institutional architectural style that it maintained for about 70 years.
The recent complete renovation of the property, completed in May 2024, reflects the strong sense of renewal we wanted to bring to this beautiful historic building, which has now become a true landmark in the city of Sanremo.
